The philosophy of Wine Producers “Al di là del fiume”, from Marzabotto, in Emilia Romagna is based on a strong connection between the Etruscans, the land and the farmers of the Apennines. In their wine cellar they experiment with natural materials, made by hand with pure elements like water, earth (clay) and sun. We are talking about terracotta of course! Artenova amphorae have been used in the cellar of Al di là del fiume, since 2012.
