A calendar full of delicious appointments to discover the extraordinary world of amphora wines with Artenova’s Cultural Association La terracotta e il vino. Five dates between May 24th to September 22nd, 2017, in restaurants from Florence, Prato and Chianti, in order to get to know wines made in terracotta, combined with dishes created purposely for those wines. For this reason, the dinners of the Cultural Association founded by Artenova are not just dinners but “food for the thought”. The title of the cycle of dinners is “The Ancient Future of Amphora Wine” emblematic of the desire to share knowledge about amphora wines, complemented by dishes of exquisite Tuscan cuisine.
After the inaugural dinner at the Trattoria fiorentina Da Burde, held on 31 March, the next dinner is scheduled for Wednesday 24th May at the restaurant “La Bottega di Parigi” (via del Terzollina 3R, Florence).
