THREE WINES BY THREE PRODUCERS OF AMPHORA WINE AT THE RESTAURANT “OSTERIA DE L’ORTOLANO” ON 29th JUNE, THE FOURTH APPOINTMENT IN THE SERIES OF #CENETERRACOTTAEVINO

Three wines all refined in terracotta jars by Artenova feature in the dinner on Thursday 29th June, one of a series of appointments created by the Association “La terracotta e il vino” founded by Leonardo Parisi of Artenova. Three Italian wines from different areas, united by the amphora as an instrument capable of enhancing grape varieties and their territory are accompanied by a Menu of refined Fish dishes proposed by “Osteria de L’Ortolano” in Florence (via degli Alfani, 91r). This will be the fourth appointment of the series of dinners dedicated to the taste of wines in amphora and the culture surrounding them.

The wines: 1701 Sullerba  by Agricola 1701 from Cazzago San Martino in Lombardy, Trebbiano d’Abruzzo 2016 by Agricola Cirelli from Atri in Abruzzo and Troccolone Orcia Sangiovese 2016 by Azienda Agraria Capitoni. All three producers are clients of Artenova’s and have chosen the terracotta jars of the Impruneta company appreciating the ability of these jars to enhance the original characteristics and aromas of the grapes and their vineyards to create highly individual vibrant wines.
