EGG SHAPED WINE JARS. A NEW SHAPE FOR THE NEW PRODUCTION LINE BY ARTENOVA

Artenova has created a new line of egg-shaped jars, with a different silhouette from the original egg-shaped jars they produced before. The new production comes from a specific request involving Artenova’s craftsmen in the creation of a jar with an innovative design (left). The new jars are taller and more slender than the jars produced up till now by the Impruneta workshop. Characterizing the new design is the top opening which consists of a small hole that can vary from 15 cm to 30 cm in diameter. The end result makes the jars even more egg like.
Dimensions and closures
The new egg shaped model can contain about 700 litres and may have two different types of closure:
-The first with a silicone stopper (provided by Artenova) to close the 15-cm hole.
-The second with the usual stainless steel airtight cap diameter 30 cm or 25 cm
