The heart of Tuscany lies in this most genuine and authentic wine, the rediscovery of winery Podere Ema. Chianti in every aspect, it is made with a centuries-old Tuscan grape variety, Foglia Tonda. A unique idea, in which the founding members of the winery from Grassina, Bagno a Ripoli (the last hamlet of the Florentine urban fabric and gateway to Chianti) have been investing for more than 20 years. For the ageing process, the choice fell on terracotta.
