In February, Artenova returned to France, this time to see some clients in Burgundy with a visit to Piedmont along the way.
Visiting “Azienda Agricola Ronchi”, which lies in the middle of the territory of the “Langhe”- 5.5 hectares of it’s vineyards are planted in the Barbaresco territory, located mostly in “Ronchi”, from which the company takes its name with 1 hectare lying in the municipality of Guarene planted with Arneis vines. Here in their vineyards, it is the company policy not to use chemical herbicide for the cultivation of their grapes.
After Italy and the Langhe, over to Burgundy, France.
Here we are in the Domaine Ganevat, owned by Jean-François Ganevat. The Wine Producers from La Combe practice biodynamic farming. In the cellar we can admire our terracotta amphorae.
